原料冰凍龍利魚:2大片,蔥:1根,姜:2片,蒜瓣:2顆,辣椒:半個,豆豉少許,辣豆瓣酱1湯勺,蒸魚醬油:1湯勺,糖:適量,清水:適量,白鬍椒:少許,料酒:少許步驟1魚片解凍後切片。
2魚片內放入少許料酒和白鬍椒醃製。
3蔥姜蒜切碎,辣椒切小段。
4用豆豉、豆瓣醬、蒸魚醬油、糖和清水調蒸魚醬汁。
然後放入切好的蔥姜蒜和辣椒,拌勻。
5把醃好的魚片碼在蒸盤內,倒上做好的蒸魚醬汁。
6蒸鍋內放足量水,煮開後魚片入蒸鍋蒸製,約6分鐘,直到魚肉變色,蒸熟為止。
趁熱享用。
小技巧1.豆豉、豆瓣醬、蒸魚醬油味道都偏咸,所以要酌情放。
小心不要過咸了。
2.如果沒有蒸魚醬油,一般鮮醬油也可以。
3.蒸製時間無需很長,魚肉變色即可。
