超過一成的人有亞斯伯格特質，亞斯量表你中了幾點？

這些都是亞斯特質，看看你中了幾項？ · 一、對於有興趣，或者跟工作有關的話題可以滔滔不絕，但不擅長沒有主題的隨興聊天。

因為人格特質有著恆定性，有亞斯特質的人會有固定的行為模式、價值觀，並且這些行為與價值觀會影響到與大多數ＮＴ人（NeuroTypical，典型人）的溝通（通常是溝通障礙或誤解）與一生的發展。

如果自己或伴侶、家人、同事有這鮮明的亞斯伯格特質，卻沒有被覺察、判斷出來，就容易產生溝通誤會，進而影響人際關係，徒增不必要的痛苦。

或讓一些才華得不到適當的機會發揮，對於個人發展、社會貢獻都相當可惜。

相反的，如果有亞斯伯格症/特質（目前在精神疾病診斷與統計手冊第五版DiagnosticandStatisticalManualofMentalDisorders,5thEdition:DSM-5(DSM-5)已改為自閉症光譜，並有個體間的濃度差異）的人可以及早發現自己的特別之處，就可以藉由心理治療、大量觀察閱讀與練習，來揣摩大部分ＮＴ人錯綜復雜、隱晦的溝通方式。

得以刻意學習讀取別人的臉部與肢體語言、話語背後的含義，來增進溝通、與人建立關係的能力。

二○一八年初，在一連串搜尋後，我終於找到關鍵字：廣泛自閉症表現型（BroadAutismPhenotype）。

ＢＡＰ研究的是「比較淡」的自閉症特質，這等同於這本書所說的「亞斯特質」。

用ＢＡＰ搜尋，可以找到許多心理學家的研究，在這些研究裡，值得注意的亞斯特質的人數，通常都超過百分之十。

在這些研究裡，亞斯特質強烈的人，統計上容易得到憂鬱症、焦慮症，容易感覺孤單、被團體排擠，朋友不多，也較難維持長期穩定的友誼與工作。

四、有時為了避免冷場，會一直想話題，但其他人常常對這些話題沒興趣。

五、看到一般朋友、同事、長輩，如果正好沒有話題可講，常會繞路、閃避，或打個招呼後就閃開。

六、滿常在網路上與人爭論，有時是跟不太熟的人。

七、常常「已讀不回」。

八、不太重視生日、重要紀念日，或商人炒作的節日。

九、已經決定好的事情，不喜歡改變。

十、喜歡為許多事情訂定明確的規則（如ＳＯＰ）。

十一、喜歡一件一件、有次序地把事情做好。

十二、心中的次序如果被打斷，有時會很生氣。

十三、一定要看紅綠燈走斑馬線，不喜歡橫越馬路。

十四、喜歡在吃飯時看書或看報紙。

十五、不喜歡跟計程車司機聊天。

十六、喜歡的電影片段會重複一直看。

十七、喜歡的餐廳會一直去吃。

十八、小時候有跟其他人不太一樣的興趣。

十九、喜歡把許多東西弄得整整齊齊（尤其女生）。

二十、但不會為打扮花很多錢或時間（男女都是）。

廿一、常常有點莫名奇妙發很大脾氣，不過如果仔細問還是問得出生氣的理由。

廿二、發大脾氣後很快就恢復平靜，但被生氣的人還在氣。

廿三、常常沉思或自言自語。

（以上自我評估的項目節錄自我與世界格格不入） 亞斯人的日常困境不同於典型的自閉症，亞斯人的智商、語言能力、外觀看起來與一般ＮＴ人（世界上90%以上的NeuroTypical典型人）無異，若是亞斯特質沒有被覺察，旁人會用對ＮＴ人的標準來期待亞斯人。

沒有被覺察/診斷的亞斯從小就被迫承受社交與溝通上的責難：「你為什麼連這麼簡單的事你為什麼做不好」。

通常亞斯人在日常生活中會有以下的特質/困境：喜愛獨處：偏好獨立作業，對於明確指令與目標可以確實完成，但統整與溝通能力較有限制。

高敏感族群：五感反應敏銳，有時會莫名聞到其他人都沒聞到的味道、或是聽到別人沒聽到的小噪音。

很容易覺得吵，環境突然發出的大聲響會讓亞斯人勃然大怒，更不可能去pub或聽演唱會。

固定行為跟作息：喜歡/習慣坐在同樣的位置吃一樣的東西、一直用一樣的東西（牙膏、生活必需品），如果習慣吃的店沒開，或是習慣的位置被坐走，就會不知所措。

或是牙膏被家人換了牌子會突然勃然大怒。

對外在打扮沒有興趣：對亞斯人來說，穿衣服的目的就只是不要裸體而已，穿什麼並不重要。

如果亞斯女性不化妝、不妝點儀容，被認為太過樸素或不夠正式。

聽不懂暗示，被別人當笨蛋：無法讀取別人的言外之意，所以常常鬧笑話，就算被隱性霸凌、虐待也不自知。

常講錯話：無法看出別人肢體語言背後的意涵以及社交場合幽微的氣氛，所以常常講出不合時宜的話，被認為自我中心、白目。

視線交集困難：看著別人的眼睛或臉說話會覺得很累，不自覺想移開視線，被別人視為不禮貌。

臉盲：亞斯人直接看著別人的臉會感到壓力，所以對於別人的臉時常無法辨識清楚，如果其他人打招呼亞斯人沒反應，常被視為高傲、沒禮貌。

遵守規則卻不知變通：而一般ＮＴ人可能不遵守規則，或是會有一點彈性（灰色地帶），所以恪守規則的亞斯人常被認為冥頑不靈、固執、難以溝通。

人際關係的困境：因為太專注、沈浸在自己的興趣裡面，常忽略伴侶，或少有朋友（沒時間交朋友）。

白目、自我中心、沒同理心：亞斯人的同理心與一般人頻率不同，大部分ＮＴ人的同理心對於亞斯人並不適用，他們也無法理解，以至於亞斯常被認為沒同理心。

太單純，容易信任別人：亞斯人通常認定整個社會的人都跟他們一樣坦率、直接、單純，如果不幸遇到反社會、自戀型的家人/伴侶/同事，就會被當作欺侮的對象，尤其亞斯人就算被暗諷、暗地裡排擠、隱性精神虐待也可能會不自知，造成嚴重的傷害。

收集癖：每個亞斯人喜歡收集的東西都不一樣，像筆者喜歡收集香氛類產品（精油、擴香、蠟燭）。

睡眠障礙：自閉症症狀和已被診斷為自閉症的嬰幼兒，他們的睡眠模式與睡眠量和一般人不同。

自閉症兒童的近日節律也比非自閉症的同齡小孩微弱，褪黑激素在二十四小時期間的升降較為平緩，缺乏夜間強有力的攀升及白天時的快速下降。

從生物學上來說，就好像自閉症患者的白天沒那麼亮，夜晚沒那麼暗，這造成的後果，是何時該醒何時該睡的訊號也變得較微弱。

此外，或許有一件相關的事情是，自閉症兒童的睡眠總時數少於非自閉症兒童。

—沃克為什麼要睡覺？生理問題，如自體免疫與腸粘膜：自閉症類群障礙患者比起一般人，有較高比率出現自體免疫方面的疾病，例如類風溼性關節炎、第一型糖尿病等。

抽血檢查時，可以發現部分患者血液中有較高的自體抗體，這些抗體有些會對抗腦神經組織，因此推測部分患者是因為體內產生了自體抗體，攻擊自己的腦神經細胞，造成腦神經受到傷害。

也有一些病患呈現出免疫系統失調，包括T細胞對抗原反應下降、血液中淋巴球減少、血清抗體失衡等。

……臨床上常有自閉症類群患者抱怨腸胃功能不佳，合併有腸胃系統症狀，例如胃脹氣、拉肚子、便秘等。

即使你只有一部分的特質較明顯，當你發現自己可能也有亞斯特質時，回顧一生，你可能也會感嘆「原來如此」。

有些你跨不過的關卡、始終做不好的事情，為什麼老是得罪某些人、讓朋友產生誤會，還有那些沒有掌握好的戀情、跟伴侶為了無謂的小事爭吵，原來都跟你的大腦特質有關。

—陳豐偉醫師我與世界格格不入：成人的亞斯覺醒除了與自己的過去和解，覺察到自己有亞斯特質時，更能同理一般ＮＴ人跟自己的不同：當朋友跟自己訴苦時，並不是要你給出解決的選項，而是只想要你靜靜地聽並且表現出同理的樣子。

雖然亞斯人的同理心跟一般人頻率不同，當下可能很難真的同理，但察覺自己有亞斯，便可以調整自己的行為。

我發現自己有亞斯伯格特質，該怎麼辦？不要太信任別人：亞斯人因為單純、直接，很容易信任別人講話字面上的意思，加上偶爾講話不看場合，又因為專注於興趣所以某方面的能力很強，常常被當作利用的對象。

當發現自己是亞斯人/有亞斯特質時，要開始小心注意別人要求自己幫忙一些事情時，是不是想趁機佔亞斯人的便宜。

多讀心理學的書：不只揣摩一般ＮＴ人的思考模式，同時也建議亞斯人多讀Ｂ型人格（自戀、反社會、戲劇型、邊緣型人格特質）跟犯罪心理學相關書籍，以免自己落入惡意他人的陷阱。

筆者也推薦哇賽！心理學，其中有談到研究指出的如何增進關係、如何跟人好好溝通、如何讓別人喜歡自己的小訣竅。

主動改變行為：雖然亞斯人總是以工作跟興趣優先，在亞斯覺醒後，可以試著每天排出一小段時間與重要他人（家人/伴侶/朋友/同事/治療師）互動、建立關係。

雖然仍以工作或興趣為優先，還是可以顧到社交的部分。

知道自己的限制：自閉症/亞斯伯格基因為先天遺傳，是大腦結構發展不同所造成。

所以亞斯人要清楚明白自己在社交、理解表情與肢體語言上，先天的溝通劣勢。

建議亞斯人可以選研究型、實作型而且需要獨立作業的工作（例如學者、教授、科學家、作家、工程師、程式設計師、會計師、音樂家、品管人員、指揮家）。

需要與人長時間互動、交際、比較無法預期變化的工作（業務、行銷人員）會讓亞斯人處於過度緊張、壓力的狀態，會影響身心健康與工作表現，可以盡量避免。

試著接受不確定性：亞斯人的生活非常規律、井井有條，而且喜歡做計畫，並按計劃行動。

但生活中偶爾會有突發事件，這些突發事件通常無法避免，也無法預期。

當亞斯人的計畫跟規則被打亂時，會感到焦慮、憤怒、無助。

當覺察到自己是亞斯人時，可以試著接受不確定性，讓自己多一些彈性，比較不會隨時處於緊張高壓的狀態。

亞斯人的正向特質個性純真，沒有害人之心：亞斯人講話雖然直接，但內心單純沒有城府，對人也是坦承以待，所以如果可以相處愉快的話，會是很好的朋友/伴侶。

作息穩定：亞斯人喜歡固定的行程、作息，所以可以把生活打理得井井有條，固定作息也可以維持身體較好的機能。

做事有條理、按部就班：亞斯人愛規劃、喜歡照著SOP或規劃好的事項執行，所以做事有條理，不容易出差池。

優秀的思考與邏輯判斷能力：亞斯人的大腦結構傾向於收集大量資訊，並且根據收集到的資訊做縝密的思考與精準的判斷，這樣的特質可以讓亞斯人在工作上得到很大的好處。

細心、做事縝密、重視細節與規則：亞斯人專注細節，容易一眼就看出問題所在，所以團隊工作中有個亞斯人，可以當作抓bug的好夥伴。

超強專注力與意志力：亞斯人專注力跟行動力、動機都很強烈，只要決定了要做一件事，就會想盡辦法要做到，於是開始做計畫、一步一步執行。

所以有亞斯特質的人在工作、轉行甚至健身減肥時都可以下定決心並得到很好的成果。

把時間花在刀口上：一般ＮＴ人會花很多時間在社交聚會上，而亞斯人喜歡專注在研究、工作、興趣上，長期累積下來，亞斯人可以在研究與工作技術上獲得很好的成就。
