是由实际方法的工具书,有很多方法我自己也使用过,也应证了自己使用的正确性;有一些方法也给我提供了灵感;讨论培养Indistractable的孩子的那一章,让我有很多想法,写在评论里保存给以后有孩子的时候再回头看。

可以试着停顿一会儿,从外到内观察自己。
比如,落叶随水流去,十分钟法则。
另外,书中有些方法在原子习惯中也看到过,比如,诱惑捆绑,尤利西斯契约等。
