Significantenhancementstothetransportinfrastructure,includingtransitprioritycorridorsandcontinuedexpansionoftherailnetwork,willencouragemorepeopletocommutetoworkviapublictransport,itsaid. SingaporeUniversityofSocialSciencestransporteconomistWalterTheseirasaidwhatisofgreaterconcernisthattheuseofnon-motorisedtransportsuchasbicyclesdoesnotseemtohaveimproved.
