金属基板2的金属基层23采用带粘性的导热界面材料粘结在散热器3上。

金属基板铜层21的厚度为2oz;绝缘层22的材料为FR4,厚度为1z;金属基层23的厚度为0.95-1.05mm。

散热器3长47mm,宽33mm,高31mm,底板厚度2.5mm,翅片厚度1.6mm,翅片间距7mm。
