」這答案好像很陳詞濫調，可是它是真實的。

我曾經很缺乏自信，也不善於表達自己，更別說與人溝通。

有一天，在機緣巧合之下，在網路上看到一篇文章大概説到：「學習可以增強自信心和自尊心，有助於樹立目標感，並促進與他人的聯繫。

有持續學習的人表示有較強應付壓力的能力，也有更多的自信，希望和目標。

」在疫情期間，我接觸到AmazingTalker，平台讓我可以在安坐家中的前提下，仍可以繼續學習。

原本對網上教學模式不太抱有信心，在上課後完全改觀。

一對一網上教學不但價錢相宜，而且互動性很高，完全迎合到初學者的需要。

上課時間也非常靈活，適合日程較繁忙和在學或在職人士呢～現在我正在平台上學習法語，十分享受進修的過程：課前先進行預習、課後定時作複習。

雖然步伐緩慢（笑），可是很有滿足感呢～最後呢，非常感謝我的法語老師Angela！老師總是在上課的時候鼓勵著我開口多練習，課後也會在LINE主動關心我的進度，會讓我發錄音給她，糾正我的錯處，會額外給我發複習題材。

由最初的零基礎到現在能夠講一些法語短句，已經讓我有很大的成就感，也期待自己能夠繼續堅持，再學得更多！最後總結，終身學習是「持續的，自願的，自我激勵的」對知識的追求。
