Abstract:80eighteen-week-oldISABrowncockerelswererandomlyallocatedtosixgroups.Fivecockerelswereusedtodetermineendogenousaminoacidexcrementalamountasblankexperiment.Therewerefifteencockerelsineachgroupofotherfivegroups.FivecockerelswereusedtodetermineAAD.Theothertencockerelswereusedforcollectingsamplestomeasureendogenousdigestiveenzymeactivities,fiveofthemwereslaughteredtocollectsamplesattheendofpre-experimentperiod,andtheotherswereslaughteredafterfastingfor4h.Cockerelsofthefirstexperimentalgroupwerefedbycommondietwithoutenzymeandtheotherfourgroup抯werefeddietswithenzyme.Inthefourgroups,fivebirdswerefeddietwithenzymeforonetofourweekpre-experimentalperiod,respectivelyforadifferentpre-experimentalperiodstrial,thenfeaceswerecollectedtodetermineAAD.Allofthesegroups,theAADweredeterminedby揟ME?method.Theresultsshowed:(1)Proventriculuspepsinactivitiesofcockerelswereincreasedbutnotsignificantlywhenbirdswerefedbythedietwithenzymefordifferentpre-experimentalperiod.Pepsinactivitieswereincreasedbyfasting.(2)Therewasnosignificanteffectorroleontrypsin,amylaseactivitiesofduodenum,jejunumandpancreasbyenzymesupplementation.Trypsinandaniylaseactivitiesofedistalduodenumwerehigherorsignificanthigherthanthatofproximalduodenum.Trypsinspecificactivitiesofdistalduodenum,jejunumandpancreaswereincreased,butnoeffectontheproximalduodenumbyfasting.Theaniylaseactivitiesofduodenumandjejunumwerereducedsignificantlybyfasting.(3)Cellulaseactivitiesofdigestivetractchymewereincreasedsignificantlybyexogenousenzyme,butalsoreducedsignificantlybyfasting.Cellulaseactivitiesofproventriculusweresignificanthigherthanthatofduodenumandjejunum.(4)Apparentdigestibilityandtruedigestibilityofseventeenaminoacidwereincreasedindifferentamountfor54differentaminoacidbyexogenousenzymeandvariouspre-experimentalperiod.ThedigestibilitiesofMet,His,Thr,Lys,Ser,GlyandAlaoftherationwithexogenousenzymewerehigherorveryhigherthanofcommondietgroup(p
