AfterreceivingthealiencitizennaturalpersoncertificateICcard,thecertificatesubscribershouldgototheCertificateManagementCenterwebpageforthecardactivation.PleasegototheCertificateAuthorityofMOIwebsite:https://moica.nat.gov.tw/aliencitizen/certificateprocess/howtoactivatecard,andfollowtheinstructiongivenbythewebpagetocompletethecardactivationandsetanewPINcodebeforeusingthecard.(Toprotectthesubscriber’srightsandinterestsandtakethesecurityintoaccount,pleaserememberyourcertificatesubscribercodeandPINcode). 外來人口自然人憑證IC卡開卡時要輸入的用戶代碼是什麼？WhatcertificatesubscribercodemustbeenteredtoactivatethealiencitizennaturalpersoncertificateICcard? 用戶至移民署申請時，系統會亂數給予一組用戶代碼，並列印於申請書上的用戶代碼欄位，用戶於移民署臨櫃申辦外來人口自然人憑證時，會由申請系統隨機給予一組6~10碼的用戶代碼，並列印在申請書上交由用戶帶回，即為用戶代碼，線上開卡時請依照申請書上的用戶代碼輸入。

用戶代碼將使用於網路上外來人口自然人憑證相關事宜，例如：憑證申請線上付款、憑證開卡、PIN碼鎖卡解碼、憑證IC卡暫時停用、憑證IC卡恢復使用等線上申辦事項。

WhenthesubscriberappliestotheImmigrationAgency,thesystemwillrandomlygenerateasetsubscribercodeandprintedonthesubscribercodefiled.WhenthesubscriberappliesanaliencitizennaturalpersoncertificateatthecounteroftheImmigrationAgency,theapplicationsystemwillgenerateasetofsubscribercodewith6-10charactersprintedontheapplicationformandbroughtbackbythesubscriber,andthisisthesubscribercodetobeenteredtotheapplicationformfortheonlinecardactivation.ThesubscribercodewillbeusedforaliencitizennaturalpersoncertificaterelatedmattersontheInternet,suchastheonlinepaymentforcertificateapplication,thecertificatecardactivation,thelockandunlockofthePINcode,thecertificateICcardsuspension,thecertificateICcardresumption,etc. top
