Inthedigitalage,withsomanycompetitorsinsomanyindustries,businessescannolongeraffordtotaketheirtimeandmakesureanewproductisperfectbeforetheylaunchit.Bythattime,acompetitor(orseveralcompetitors)mighthavealreadytakenupmuchofthemarket. Onestrategythatoftenworksistolaunchyourproductassoonasyou’reconfidentitprovidesvaluetoyourusers—evenifit’sbeforeyou’veperfecteditordevelopedeveryfeatureyouwantedtoinclude.Youcanimproveanditerateontheproductbasedonearlyuserfeedback. 2.Buildforthewholeuserexperience.
