而最好的英文履歷應該是：有效且清楚達成溝通的履歷。

尤其需要特別注意，避免使用圖像化的履歷： 除非你夠幸運能引起注意，否則圖像化的履歷很難深讀，因為圖像犧牲了內容：你辛苦賺來的那些經歷很難用簡單的圖表呈現。

最後，心血只會變成美麗卻無用的圖表。

那麼，好的英文履歷應該具備什麼呢？ 明確的行列： 行列明確讓人資或面試官快速地掃過你的公司名稱、職位、學校名稱。

也讓你可以透過空行來寫更多資訊（但切記不要用整張履歷只有一種分類的模板） 簡短與精準： 人資或面試官平均大約用5至30秒來閱讀履歷，其實根本就不夠讀完整篇。

若你將內容寫太長，將會模糊履歷的焦點、品質變差。

專注在想要強調的重點上，通常一頁就夠了。

若你這十年擔任過不同的角色、也有不同的經驗想強調，至多兩頁。

對的履歷內容： 你不需要在履歷上寫你的動機、結論。

結論還可以接受，但其實真的不太需要。

除非你的履歷非常短與精確，否則不需要寫一區作結論。

善用文字工具來排版： 不是故意吹毛求疵，但這可能是某些人的堅持。
