Lastly,don’tthinktheParetoPrinciplemeansonlydo80%oftheworkneeded.Itmaybetruethat80%ofabridgeisbuiltinthefirst20%ofthetime,butyoustillneedtherestofthebridgeinorderforittowork.Itmaybetruethat80%oftheMonaLisawaspaintedinthefirst20%ofthetime,butitwouldn’tbethemasterpieceitiswithoutallthedetails.TheParetoPrincipleisanobservation,notalawofnature.
