Delusions:Whenapersonhasstrongbeliefsthatarenottrueandmayseemirrationaltoothers.Forexample,individualsexperiencingdelusionsmaybelievethatpeopleontheradioandtelevisionaresendingspecialmessagesthatrequireacertainresponse,ortheymaybelievethattheyareindangerorthatothersaretryingtohurtthem. Thoughtdisorder:Whenapersonhaswaysofthinkingthatareunusualorillogical.Peoplewiththoughtdisordermayhavetroubleorganizingtheirthoughtsandspeech.Sometimesapersonwillstoptalkinginthemiddleofathought,jumpfromtopictotopic,ormakeupwordsthathavenomeaning.
