醫學界人士表示，長時間對 電腦打機，會使身體處於緊張及興奮狀態，令神經紊亂，體內激素水平失衡，免疫 功能下降，輕則出現頭痛、頭暈及失眠，若本身已患有感冒，更會加重負擔，重則 會誘發心臟病、癲癇症，嚴重者甚至會猝死，故打機時要有節制，最好每隔卅分鐘 便休息三至五分鐘。
