Difficultyofevaluatingcostperformance Inordertoevaluatetheperformanceoftwodifferentmethods,itiseasytojustcomparetheoutputs.However,intherealworld,ifthetaskisdoneinadifferentmethod,therewillbeadditionaleffectsforeachmethodotherthantheoutputitself.Therefore,evaluationofperformancemightbedifferentdependingonhowthepersonororganizationvaluesthings. Inbusiness,everyemployeehasasalarythatcanbedividedbytime.Therefore,wecancalculatetheamountofmoneyspentoncompletingeachtaskbydividingthehumanresourcefeewiththeworkingtime.Therefore,thetotalcostofacertainprojectnotonlyincludestheactualhardwarefeeitself,butalsoincludestheamountoftimeandhumanresourcesthatneededtobeinput.
