Youshouldincludesomeevidenceofyourparticipationandreflectionineachoftheseareas,althoughatanypointinyouracademiccareeryourworkislikelytohaveagreaterfocusonsomeareasthanonothers.IfyourappointmentisatlevelB(lecturer)orhigher,youwouldconsiderafourthaspect,thatofleadershipwithintheuniversity.Aswellasincludingtheseareasofacademicwork,trytoincludeanoverviewsectionwhereyoureflectonandreviewyouractivitiesinrelationtoyouroverallgoalsandcareerplans. TheseguidelinessuggestwaysthatyoucandevelopyourPortfoliotoencompassthemajorareasofacademicpractice.Eachacademic'sexperienceandcontextwillbedifferent,sothereisnoexpectationthatallPortfolioswillbesimilar.Rathertheyshouldcontainevidenceofindividualacademicachievementsandexperiences,withreflectionsontheseexperiences.
