Claims(3) 1.狮头金鱼繁殖和选育的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)、亲鱼选择亲鱼的年龄为2龄,体长12cm;品系优良,体形对称优美,色彩鲜明,肌肉饱满,品种特征明显,体格健壮无病伤;2)、繁殖和产卵区分好雌雄:雄性亲鱼的鳃盖和胸鳍一根鳍条上有手感粗糙的追星,雌鱼则没有;5月上旬,用5%高锰酸钾溶液消毒产卵池,将亲鱼按3:2的雌雄比例配组,放入3m*4m*0.5m的产卵池前,每克雌鱼体重注射HCG0.8-1个国际单位,雄鱼为以上剂量的2/3;亲鱼入池后,给以微流水刺激,及时放入鱼巢,鱼巢用棕片或25目的网片制成,使用前用10mg/L的高锰酸钾溶液浸泡消毒20分钟;水温保持20V,时8_12小时雌鱼即可产卵;产卵完成后及时取出鱼巢,用5mg/L的高锰酸钾溶液浸泡消毒I分钟后,将带卵鱼巢全部集中放入面积为2.5亩的孵化池中的孵化台上孵化;3)、孵化孵化台设在孵化池中,每个4m2,共2个,用细竹杆扎成,四角用竹杆固定插入池底,台上放鱼巢,离水面20cm;水温保持20°C,5天后可孵出仔鱼,中间可用5mg/L的高锰酸钾溶液泼洒孵化台I次;仔鱼孵出后游泳力弱,会附在鱼巢上面,不要过早的取出鱼巢;4)、前期培育前期培育在孵化池中进行,仔鱼全部孵出后,全池每天两次均匀泼洒豆浆,既直接提供饵料又可及时培肥水质,增加浮游生物;8天后投喂外源性活体饵料,比如轮虫、枝角类和挠足粼;投喂前用5%食盐水浸洗杀菌,每天定时定量多点投喂两次,第一次在上午9-10点,第二次在下午4-5点,定量以抢食不猛为度,多点是设置投喂点4-6个;培育期间保持“肥、活、嫩、爽”的水质特征;经过20-30天的培育体长可长到3m左右;以后可转入一级优选和后期培育;5)、一级优选和后期培育从一级培育池中进行全面筛选,将品相优良、体形优美、体格健壮的金鱼分品种进行优选,转入3m*4m*0.5m后期精养池中开始后期培育;入池前用10mg/L的高锰酸钾将培育池彻底清刷消毒,放养密度为每立方米水体400尾,饲料投喂以人工专用颗粒饵料为主,要保证适口性;先进行3天的驯食,每天投喂2次,定时投喂,投喂量根据鱼体生长状况及时调整,从严控制投饵量,不可过饱;每天下午投饵后换注新水5-lOcm;发现浮头、阴天和夜间要增氧;6)、二级优选和后期精养一■级优选每个月全池筛选一次,按优选标准将尚品相、大规格的优等品选入0.5m*Im*0.5m水族箱中进行后期精养;后期精养的放养密度为每箱100尾左右,规格6-7cm,投喂饲料以添加不同种类和不同比例的激素类药物的人工颗粒饲料为主,每天投喂两次,仍按抢食程度从严把握投饵量;及时清除残饵、粪便,及时开机增氧和过滤;每天换水1/5-1/4,随时清除残、次、病鱼,保证箱内金鱼的健康和高品质。

2.根据权利要求1所述的狮头金鱼繁殖和选育的方法,其特征在于,所述的增氧是通过增开过滤式增氧机进行气泡增氧。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的狮头金鱼繁殖和选育的方法,其特征在于,所述的前期培育投喂的外源性活体饵料均经食盐水浸泡消毒后投喂。
