（6）體育課程授權碼加選由任課教師發放，然仍以大四以上學生為主。

（2）選擇「開課和課程大綱查詢」。

（3）依「開課系所/學分學程」、「教師姓名」、「課程名稱」等搜尋課程。

（4）查詢到欲選的課程後，可勾選該課程，再按【課程綱要】瀏覽課程大綱。

（5）您可線上瀏覽課程大綱，或列印成紙本。

(5)Youcanreadthecoursedescriptionandthesyllabusonthewebsiteorprintthemout.   主題三：選課作業 Topic3：ClassRegistration 1.      Q：有關學分數上、下限之規定為何？選課系統之設定為何？ A： （1）   依學則第13條規定學士班一至三年級每學期不得少於16學分，不得多於27學分；四年級每學期不得少於9學分，不得多於27學分；延長修業期限學生至少應修習一門課程。

若因特殊情況，經系主任核可者，得不受此限。

（2）選課系統於第一階段設定輔系、雙主修及四年級同學選課學分上限為27學分，一般生為23學分（以上不含普通體育、通識、全民國防教育軍事訓練課程），第二階段之選課學分上限為33學分。

超修之核可，請依學則第13條規定，自行下載列印選課清單交系上認可，若未經系主任核准超修者，將通知退選（即學分總數大於27學分）。

Q:Whataretherulesandregulationsregardingthemaximumandtheminimumofcredits?WhatisthesettingoftheCourseEnrollmentSystem?  A: (1)AccordingtoArticle13oftheSchoolConstitution,first-yeartothird-yearundergraduatesarerequiredtotakeatleast16creditspersemesterwithamaximumloadof27credits.Thefourthyearstudentsarerequiredtotakecreditsbetween9and27credits.Ifanyspecialcircumstancearises,studentscanaddordroponeormorecoursesaftertheapprovalofthedepartmentalchair.Whenstudentsextendtheirtermofstudy,theyshouldenrollatleastonecourse. Duringthefirstphaseofthecourseenrollmentperiod:themaximumnumberofcreditsthatdoublemajorandthefourthyearstudentscantakeis27.Themaximumcreditsforcurrentstudentsare23.AllcreditsdonotincludethegeneralPE,GE,andAll-OutDefenseEducationMilitaryTrainingcourses.   (2)Duringthesecondphaseofcourseenrollmentperiod:themaximumcreditsare33.Ifyouwanttohavetheapprovalofcourseoverload,basedonArticle13oftheSchoolConstitution, youcanprintthecourseenrollmentlistoutandconfirmwithyourdepartment. IfyoudonotgetthepermissionfromtheChairofyourdepartment,wewillinformyoutocutyourcreditsto27(orbelow).  2.     Q：何謂「選課授權碼」？   A： （1）「選課授權碼」是為因應同學修課需要，某科因故無法於電腦加退選期間進行加選，而由開課教師依該科目上網下載產生，自主決定將「選課授權碼」發給同學，在加退選期限內自行上網登錄「選課授權碼」，即可完成選課。

   （2）以授權碼加選之課程不得退選（僅得辦理期中停修），亦不得轉讓。

Q:Whatarecourseauthorizationcodes?  A: (1)Basedontheenrollmentneed,thecourseauthorizationcodeswillbeissuedwhenstudentscannotadd/dropcoursesintheonlinecourseregistrationsystem,thecourseinstructorscandownloadthecourseauthorizationcodesthemselvesandgivethecodestostudentswhowanttoenrollthecourses.Whenstudentsgotthecourseauthorizationcodes,theycanusethecodestoenrollthecoursesinthecourseregistrationsystem.    (2)Students,whousethecourseauthorizationcodetoenrollthecourses,cannotdroptheclassorunauthorizedenrollmenttransfers.Studentscouldonlydroptheclassduringthemid-semester.   3.      Q：如何取得「選課授權碼」及選課？ A： （1）同學若有「不符合限修或擋修條件（如限年級、系所、輔系等）」、「欲加選科目已額滿」之情形無法以電腦進行加選某科目時，請向開課教師索取選課授權碼後，由同學在選課程式，請點選「授權碼選課」之選項，輸入所取得之選課授權碼，先按下【查詢】出現授權碼課程，再按【加選】進行選課。

（2）詳細操作方式，請參考【選課系統操作手冊】。

Q:HowdoIobtainanduseacourseauthorizationcode? A: (1)  Ifstudentsreceivea“donotmeetrequirementsforcourseenrollment”(suchasyear,major,minor,etc.)or“theselectedclassisalreadyfull”andcannotaddaclassusingtheonlinecourseregistrationsystem,theycanasktheinstructorforanauthorizationcode.Afterhavingthecode,pleaseentertheonlinecourseregistrationsystem,selecting[enrollmentviacourseauthorizationcode],andenterthecodesthattheyhave. Studentsshouldclick[search];whenthecourseshowsonthesystem,theycanclick[addcourses]toenrollthatcourse.   (2)  Formoreinformation,pleasesee[TheGuidelineofOnlineCourseEnrollment]. 4.      Q：開課教師發送「選課授權碼」有名額限制嗎？ A： （1）授權碼人數為限修人數之一定比例：限修人數為80人以下之課程，授權碼比例不得超過40％；限修人數為81人以上之課程，授權碼比例不得超過10％；教育學程課程，授權碼比例不得超過20％；普通體育課程，授權碼比例不得超過10％。

（2）加退選期間授課教師可以教室容量為上限，調高授權碼人數。

Q:Areauthorizationcodeslimitedinnumber? A: (1)  ThereisafixedratiotoCourseAuthorizationcodes:Ifthenumberofenrolledstudentsislessthan80,thenumberofthecodescannotexceed40percentofenrolledstudents.Ifthenumberofenrolledstudentsismorethan81,thenumberofthecodescannotexceed10percentofenrolledstudents. Theratioofcodestoeducationcoursescannotexceed20percent.TheratioofcodestogeneralPEcoursescannotexceed10percent.   (2)  Duringtheadd/dropcoursesperiod,theinstructorscanincreasethenumberofauthorizationcodesaccordingtothemaximumoftheclassroomcapacity. 5.           Q：有哪些情形不可使用「選課授權碼」選課？ A： （1）不得違反修習通識教育科目之相關規定。

（2）加選教育課程者須具教育學程資格，每學期最多12學分；加選教材教法、教學實習前應修滿12教育學分（含本學期計算）。

（3）共同科英文（二）與英文（三），不符合先修條件者。

（4）研究生每學期選課上限為18學分。

（5）以選課授權碼加選之課程，不得與已選課程衝堂。

 （6）其他違反本校選課相關規定者。

Q:Whenareauthorizationcodesnotapplicabletoclassregistration? A: (1)WhenstudentsviolatetheregulationsofGeneralEducation. (2)Studentswhodonotmeetthefollowingrequirementscannotaddeducationcourses:studentswithoutqualificationorstudentstakeeducationcourseslessthan12credits.Beforeaddingteachingmaterialandmethodscourses,andteachinginternship,studentsdidnottake12credits(includingthecurrentsemester). (3)StudentsdonotmeettheprerequisitesfortheEnglishIIandEnglishIIIcourses. (4)Graduateshavetaken18credits. (5)Thecourses,whichenrollviaAuthorizationcodes,haveschedulingconflictswiththecoursesthatstudentshavealreadyenrolled. (6)Studentsviolatetherelatedrulesofcourseenrollment. 6.      Q：若取得「選課授權碼」後，卻忘記登錄怎麼辦？    A：選課授權碼需在加退選期間使用，若逾期未登錄則選課授權碼即失效，不得以任何理由要求補登。

Q:WhatifIobtainedacourseauthorizationcode,butforgettoenrollforthecourseonline?   A:Courseauthorizationcodescouldonlybeusedduringadd/dropperiod.Afterthisperiod,authorizationcodeswillbeinvalidandwillnotbereissuedforanyreason. 7.      Q：「選課授權碼」不慎遺失怎麼辦？    A：請即向開課教師查詢並抄下選課授權碼的編號，並在加退選期間內上網登錄。

Q:WhatifI’velostmycourseauthorizationcode?   A:Pleasecontacttheinstructor,writingdownthecourseauthorizationcode,enrollingonlineduringadd/dropperiod.Ifyouhaveanyproblem,pleasecontacttheCurriculumDivision(02-7749-1114). 8.     Q：有關教育學程選課之規定為何？  A： （1）具教育學程資格者始得修習，不具教育學程資格者無法選修，亦無法以授權碼加選；有關教育學程資格取得之相關規定，請洽詢本校【師培學院】。

（2）第一階段選課採志願填寫後亂數分發。

（3）本校教育學程科目不受理校際選課。

Q:WhataretheguidelinesforEducationcourseenrollment?  A: (1)OnlystudentsqualifiedfortheEducationcoursetrackwillbeabletoenrollinEducationcourses.Authorizationcodescannotcircumventtheserestrictions. Onlythestudentswhoequipwiththequalificationofeducationcoursescantaketheeducationcourses.Formoreinformation,pleasecontacttheCollegeofTeacherEducation. (2)Duringthefirstcourseselectionperiod,studentscanarrangethecoursesinorderofpreference,andtheschoolwillrandomlydistributestudentstoeachcourse. (3)OurEducationcoursesarenotopentointer-schoolelectivestudents. 9.      Q：有關各類學分學程選課之規定為何？ A： （1）已經核定具學分學程資格者始得俢習。

自第二階段選課起，學分學程課程開放不具學分學程資格者登記加選（部分未同意開放之學分學程除外）。

（2）該學分可當自由選修學分。

Q:Whataretheguidelinesforcreditprogramcoursesenrollment? A: (1)Studentswhoalreadyhavethequalificationcantakecreditprograms.Whenthesecondphaseofenrollmentisopen,thecreditprogramswillopentostudentswhodonotequipwiththequalificationoftakingcreditprogramcourses(somecourseswillnotopentostudentswhodonothavethequalificationoftakingcreditprogramcourses). (2)Thecreditsthatstudentsreceivecanbeusedtowardscreditsoffreeelectivecourses. 10.    Q：各類課程分發原則為何？ A： （1）一般性分發原則：以課程意見填答率高者優先分發，其次為大四生（跨學制合開課程不設定大四優先，如：大碩合開、大碩博合開課程，僅依課程意見填答率高低順序分發）【說明：若某課程登記人數超過限修人數時，分發順序如下：課程意見填答率高者→大四生→亂數分發】。

※註1：「大四生」係指學士班四年級應屆學生及延長修業年限學生。

※註2：「課程意見填答率」係指學生期末填寫課程意見之科目數÷該學期選修總科目數×100％。

例：某生該學期共選修10門課程，於網路填寫課程意見截止前，填寫完畢其中9門課程，其課程意見填答率為90％（辦理期中停修科目等免填課程意見科目，視為同學已填科目）。

    （2）系（所）專業課程分發原則：本系優先【說明：系（所）專業課程分發時，除依限修條件（如限本系、限輔系等）檢查外，依以下優先順序分發：本系生→雙主修生→師培公費生→輔系生→預修生→外系生】，各身份別中，又以課程意見填答率高者→大四生順序分發。

  （3）通識課程分發原則：  1、第一學期各通識課程保留15％名額提供新生於新生選課階段選課。

 2、第一、二階段選課，若通識課程已修滿單一領域學分上限者(含當學期選修之通識學分)，該領域不再分發；自加退選階段起，不再限制領域上限。

 3、96學年度(含)之前入學者為四大領域，各領域上限8學分；97學年度以後入學者，為六大核心及一般通識，各領域上限6學分；106學年度以後入學者，為七大核心及字由選修的第二外語、生活技能課程，各領域上限6學分 Q: Howdoesthecoursedistributionsystemwork? A: (1)Normaldistribution:Thepriorityofcoursesdistributionwilldependonthecompletedegreeofasurveybyeachstudent.Ifastudentcompletesallsurveys,theywillbeprioritizedforplacementintheirpreferredcourse.Thefourth-yearstudentswillbeinthesecondroundforplacement.Coursesopentodifferentprograms(coursesopentoundergraduateandgraduateschoolprograms)willdependonthecompletiondegreeofthesurveytoselectstudentswhocantaketheclass.Iftheenrollmentexceedsthemaximumnumberofspotsavailable,thedistributionorderwillbe:studentswhohaveahighcompletiondegreeofsurveys,seniors,thenrandomdistribution. Notice: *Thefourth-yearstudentsincludethestudentswhostudyfouryears(ormore). *thecompletedegreeofcoursesevaluationisthatthenumberofcompletecoursesurveysdividebythewholeenrolledcoursesandmultiplyby100%.Forexample,astudenttooktencoursesinasemester.Bythedeadlineoffillingoutthecourseevaluationsurvey,he/shecompletedninesurveys.Therefore,thecompletedegreeofcoursesevaluationis90%(Withdrawnandexcusedcoursesareregardedascompletedautomatically).   (2)Prioritygoestostudentsinthemajor.Whenchoosingstudentswhocanenrolltheprofessionalcourses,fromspecialcircumstances(restrictingtostudentsinthedepartmentorforminoring),thepriorityorderisasfollows:majorstudents→double-majororminorstudents→studentsfromotherdepartments.    (3)TheDistributionprincipleofGeneralEducationDistribution: (i)Duringthefirstsemester,wereserve15%ofstudentnumberinGeneralEducationcoursesandprovidetonewstudentstoenrolltheclass. (ii)Duringthefirstandsecondphasesofcoursesenrollment,ifastudenthasalreadytakenuptothemaximumofcreditsinoneofGEfields(includingthecurrentsemester),thefieldisnolongerdistributedforthestudent;however,thestudentcanstillenrollthefieldduringadd/dropcoursesperiod. (iii)IfstudentsenteredNTNUby2007,cantakeupto8creditsineachoffourfields.IfstudentsenteredNTNUafter2008,cantakeupto6creditsineachof6KeystonecoursesandGEcourses.IfstudentsenteredNTNUafter2017,cantakeupto6creditsineachof7Keystonecourses.  11.   Q：選課人數不足無法開課怎麼辦？ A： （1）   本校各系所開課最低學生數標準請參照本校【各系所開課最低學生數標準】。

（2）若選課人數不足無法開課，系統會主動將已選該門課之學生選課刪除，若因此致當學期學分總數不足者，由系所協助進行相關選課輔導。

Q:Whatifaclassdoesnotmeettheminimumnumberofstudentsrequired? A: (1)  Formoreinformation,pleaserefertothe“Minimumnumberofstudentsrequiredperclassregulationsbyeachdepartment.”   (2)  Ifacoursedoesnotmeettheminimumnumberofstudentsrequired,thesystemwillautomaticallyremoveallstudentsfromtheclass.Inthissituation,ifstudentsdonotmeettheminimumcreditsthattheyshouldtakeinthecurrentsemester,eachoftheirdepartmentsshouldassistthestudentstotakeotherclassesinordertomeettheminimumcreditsinthecurrentsemester. 12.      Q：我是學士班二年級以上的在學生，為什麼第1階段選課期間卻不能選課？    A：前一學期不及格學分數達1／2以上者，皆須填寫「選課暨學習輔導紀錄表」，經導師輔導核章後依限繳回教務處，始完成選課程序（選課輔導表請於開學後至各學系辦公室領取）。

未繳交「選課暨學習輔導紀錄表」者，將限制下學期第1階段選課權限。

Q:Iamasophomore(orabove),whyIamunabletoenrollcoursesduringthefirstphaseofcourseenrollment?   A:Ifstudentswhodidnotpasshalfofthecoursesthattheytookinthelastsemester,studentsarerequiredtofillouta“courseselectionrecordform”obtainingtheapprovalfromtheiradvisersandthensubmittheformtotheOfficeofAcademicAffairs(academiccounselingformscanbeobtainedfromeachdepartmentafterthebeginningofthesemester).Oncestudentswhodidnotsubmitthecourseselectionrecordformtotheofficeofacademicaffairs,theauthorityofthefirstphaseofenrollmenttothestudentwillbelimited.   主題四：校際選課 Topic4:Inter-SchoolCourseElectives 1.      Q：如何選「國立臺灣大學系統」的課？ A： （1）自103學年度第2學期起，學生只需使用本校選課系統，即可選擇系統學校開放之課程。

（2）103-2起，臺灣大學系統校際選課不再受理紙本申請。

（３）請參閱校際選課（臺灣大學系統）網頁。

A: (1)Startingfromthesecondsemesterofthe2014academicyear,studentscanusetheNTNUonlinecourseselectionsystemtoenrollthecoursesthattheNTUTrianglesystemopenstoenroll.
